What information do we collect about you?
At JUMP Gymnastics Club you will be asked to provide personal information about you and any child you have registered to the club. Any information requested is limited to what is required to provide a safe environment and duty of care to the child.
How do we use this information?
The information collected should provide all relevant contact details for the child in case of an emergency situation. All medical information relating to the child must be given so that appropriate care can be provided.
How long do we keep your information?
If you and your child leave JUMP Gymnastics club the personal information held on our systems will be removed. The name of the child may still appear on the billing system as a reference.
Keeping in touch with you..
The main form of communication will be via the e-mail address that you register with us. There is also a JUMP Parents page on Facebook for informal posts and updates about the club.
Social Media
Upon registering your permission will be requested for photography of your child. If agreed images may be used for marketing purposes on our Social Media platforms and website.
